BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking this policy applies to all bookings made on this site.  Molino Felix Alojamientos Rurales has the discretion to update this policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page, however the policy applicable to your booking is that which is shown at the time of making the booking.

Rental of the property
The Owner rents to the Guest the property/accommodation for the exclusive use as a holiday home and under the conditions set out in this policy, in accordance with Law 13/2011 of 23rd December and Decree 28/2016 of 2nd February, regulating tourist housing and short term rentals in Andalusia.

Rental period
The term of the booking is from 16:00 on the date referred to as the ‘check-in’ date until 11:00 on the date referred to as ‘check-out’ date.  The Guest agrees to vacate the accommodation by 11:00 on the last day of the stay, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner.

Price and payment method
The total rental price is stated at the time of booking and includes all applicable local taxes along with the refundable damage deposit. 

The damage deposit will be returned or cancelled (if pre-authorised credit card transaction) upon satisfactory inspection of the property by the Owner.  This is usually carried out the same day with the refund issued within 7 days of ‘Check-out’.

The reservation deposit of 30% is taken at the time of booking with the remaining amount due 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Failure to pay on time or communicate this with the owner may result in your reservation being cancelled.  In all cases the booking must be paid in full by the ‘check-in’ date of reservation or you will not be given access to the property.

Payment is to be completed via the secure payment platform that this website use.  Only under exceptional circumstances and confirmed in writing by the Owner via either the telephone number +34 617 866 516 or email address info@molinofelix.com.

Keys and security of the property
The Owner will personally welcome the Guests and hand over the keys upon arrival.  It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that the property is always left secured including on departure.  If the Owner is not present at arrival or departure, the keys may be locked in the designated key box as an alternative.

Any loss of Owner’s property, excluding criminal activity by forced entry reported to the Police/Guardia Civil, will be charged to the Guest.

Loss of keys by the Guest will incur a charge of 100€ for replacement lock / key service.

Obligations of the Guest
Respect the accommodation rules, especially regarding quiet hours, use of facilities, and maintenance.

Use the property and its belongings appropriately and responsibly.

Report any damage or incidents during the stay.

Provide the Owner with the personal data required by Royal Decree 933/2021 for guest registration and allow its communication to the competent authorities.

Obligations of the Owner
Deliver the property in a condition suitable for use.

Guarantee peaceful enjoyment of the property during the term of the contract.

Retention of documentation
In accordance with Article 5.3 of Royal Decree 933/2021, the Owner will keep the documentation regarding guest data for a period of three years.

Early termination
Failure to comply with obligations set out in this contract will result in early termination, without prejudice to any compensation owed to the aggrieved party.

Cancellation policy
A cancellation must be communicated in writing by the Guest with acknowledgement from the Owner.  For security purposes only a communication from the original person named on the reservation will be accepted.

50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before arrival.

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 14 days later.

Jurisdiction
For any disputes arising from this contract, the parties submit to the courts of Baza, Granada, Spain.

PRIVACY POLICY AND WEBSITE USAGE

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Changes to this privacy policy

Molino Felix Alojamientos Rurales has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
